وقت لذاتي

في ظِّل هذه الفترة والأزمه شفى الله كل مُصاب ورفع الله عنا هذا الوباء، في كل المنازل الأجواء متقاربه بعد أنْ تم تطبيق حظر التجول والحجر المنزلي في المملكة العربية السعودية وبعض الدول الأخرى ولكن في الحقيقة هذه الفترة تعتبر لِكُل شخص وقت فراغ كبير لذلك لابُد أن تُستَغل بطرُق مفيدة “وقت لِذاتي”.

ذكرت “نوف حكيم” رائدة الأعمال والمتحدثه في مجال الوعي عن تجربة قامت بها وهي “تصبيحة”، وسبب الاسم هذا هو أنها تكتب في أيّ وقت في اليوم ولكن يُفضَل الصباح لمدة لاتقل عن ربع ساعة، كل مايدور في ذهنك أكتبه ودونه فقط لا ترتب أي كلمة وأي نوع من المفردات تأتي في ذهنك أو أحداث، والنتيجة تراها مع الوقت وهي تخفيف المشاعر السلبية بهذه الطريقه ومع الاستمرار تشعر وكأن روحك ريشة خفيفة وتقل الطاقة السلبية داخلك، وفي هذا الرابط تجدون “نوف حكيم” تتحدث عن تصبيحة بشكل أوضح: https://youtu.be/HKuCqRvNPE4

   بداية كل فراغ يخطر على ذهنك شيء لتفعله لا تتكاسل انهض في ذلك الوقت و ابدَأ بِمَا تحبه سواء تصوير، قراءة، كتابه، رقص، تطريز، رسم، طبخ، أعمال يدوية، أياً كان ماتهتم به وتحبه حاول أن تستغل وقت الملل بشكل مفيد لك، حتى لو أنتابك شعور لا تريد القيام بأيّ شيء افعلها وأسترخي فقط، استغل الوقت هذا لذاتك بالشكل الصحيح وأيضاً لرُبما يكون هذا الوقت الذي تكون فيه أقرب من أيّ وقت آخر لأفراد عائلتك فتلعبون وتتحدثون وتستغلون الوقت سوياً.
إن كنت لاتريد دخول دورات ولا تعلم لغة جديدة فابحث داخل ذاتك عن ماتحب ومايسعدك ورُبما تكون فرصة لاكتشاف إيجابياتك وتطويرها وسلبياتك وتعديلها.
