تخَفّف ولا تُفرط بإيجابيتك

التقلّب بين فصول الحياة وعش تفاصيلها!

من طبع الحياة ومسلّماتها أن هناك فترات حزن، وفترات فرح، فترات قلق، وفترات طمأنينة، لذلك الحياة فصول ولكي ننجو من برد حزنها القارس لابُد أن نتكيّف معه، ولِنعيش لحظات ربيعها وفرحها يجب علينا أيضًا أن نتكيّف ونعيش كل شعور، فإن تعدّينا فصل ولا زال هناك هوامش من مشاعره المتبقية فهذا سينعكس علينا في المستقبل بشكل سلبي.

إن مَرّ الشخص بأوقات عصيبة فالحل الأمثل لمشاعره هو أن يعيشها بما فيها كي يستطيع تخطّيها.
الإيجابية جميلة فعليك التمسّك بها كي تقوّي نفسك على تحمّل هذه الظروف لا أن تتجاهل مشاعرك الحقيقية بحُجة إيجابيتك الزائفة في هذا الموقف!
ماذا أعني بالإيجابية الزائفة؟ هي الحالة التي تصيب المرء بعد مرور فترة بعكسها وهي أن يشعر بالإحباط، لذلك تؤثر سلبًا عليه بسبب أنه لم يعش كامل شعوره في فترة ما.

يقول عزوجل في كتابه: ﴿وَقالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادعوني أَستَجِب لَكُم﴾ [غافر: ٦٠]
هذه الآية تبين لك بأن مهما يمرّ عليك أمر فنهايته الزوال، إذا كنت من الكتومين فادع الله وبُث حزنك وضيقك وشعورك له واختمه بدعوة لعلها تُجاب لك، لاتكبِت مشاعرك السيئة ولا تفضحها كلها، كُن متوازن! حاول أن تزيح من حملك قليلًا بأن تتحدّث لأحد أقاربك أو أقرب أصدقاءك كي تَتخفّف من حزنك، فالفضفضة أحيانًا نصف العلاج و كي لاتصبح هذه التراكمات بعد فترة مرض جسدي في المستقبل وتذكّر “سيُفرجها الله كأنها لَمْ تضِق بنا يومًا”.

وتذكّر بأنك لست حديدي وأن مشاعرك تؤخذ على مَحْمَل الجِد، ومهما بَلغ سوء يومك تذكّر بأنها ستفرج وأن قلبك لايستحق كل هذا الحِمْل الثقيل عليه، تَخفّف أولًا وعِش شعورك كاملًا وتوكّل.
