الدكتور سعد القحطاني وحكاية مع الطب.

في أروقة الطب وبين فصوله ألتقيت هذه المرة بأحد أبناء بلادنا الحبيبة! هو شاب مبتعث وطبيب ذهب في رحلته ليُكمل ما اختار لهُ القدر بأن يكونه! ليأتي إلى أرض الوطن وينفعُ بعلمهِ أرض بلاده مُحققًا طموحه بعد سنوات من التعب والغربة!

أردتُ في هذا اللقاء القصير أن أُوصل بعضًا من خبراته ومسيرة دراسته.

من هو يا تُرى ضيفُ هذا اللقاء لا بد أنني شوقتكم كثيراً؟

هو الدكتور سعد بن محمد القحطاني، أحد سكان المنطقة الشرقية و بالتحديد مدينة الخبر، اُبتعث عبر برنامج خادم الحرمين الشريفين للابتعاث إلى دولة رومانيا، واجتاز اللغة الرومانية وهي أحدى اللغات اللاتينية، حيثُ كان إلزامًا عليهم التحدث مع المرضى الرومان باللغة الرومانية، أما الدراسة بالكلية كانت باللغة الإنجليزية، وفي عام 2019 استلم الدكتور سعد شهادة الماجستير في الطب البشري وشهادة في اللغة الرومانية وأيضًا شهادة مزاولة المهنة في الإتحاد الأوروبي، وفي هذا السياق وجه الدكتور سعد شكرهُ وإمتنانه بالكلمات التالية: (والفضل لله سبحانه ثم لهذا الوطن المعطاء الذي بذل لنا الكثير ودعمنا في كل ما نحتاج، وعسى الله يقدرنا ونرد له هذا الفضل ولو بالشيء القليل).

وبما أننا الآن في فصل الشتاء فقد قدم لنا د. سعد بعضًا من النصائح الطبية لفصل الشتاء وهي:

– شرب الكثير من العصائر الصحية الطبيعية، والحرص على شرب الكثير من الماء للمحافظة على الجهاز الهضمي وتجنب الجفاف؛ وذلك لأن الكثير لا يشعر بالعطش في هذا الفصل.

– الإكثار من تناول الأطعمة الغنية بالزنك؛ وذلك لقدرة الزنك على علاج ضعف المناعة، والزنك يوجد في اللحوم الحمراء، الكبد، العدس، الحمص.

– تناول القدر الكافي من الألبان ومنتجاتها، مثل الجبنة واللبنة، فهي تدعم وتحسن من أداء الجهاز المناعي نظراً لكونها مصدراً ممتازاً للبروتين وفيتامينات (Vitamin A)، و (12 Vitamin B12).

– الإكثار من الأطعمة الغنية بالألياف، كالتفاح، والحمص، والشوفان، والعدس، والحبوب الكاملة، والبروكلي، والمكسرات، والخضراوات الورقية، فهي تحسن صحتك عموماً وتقلل من اضطرابات الجهاز الهضمي.

– الحرص على النوم الكافي وممارسة الرياضة.

– تغطية الرأس عند الخروج من المنزل.

– تناول الكثير من الخضروات والفواكة التي تحتوي على فيتامين C.

أيضًا قدم لنا د. سعد نصائح للمصابين بفيروس كورونا (كوفيد١٩) شافهم الله، وهي كالتالي:

– العزلة في المنزل حتى وصول نتيجة اختبار كوڤيد-19.

٢-ترطيب الفم بشرب 2-2.5 لتر في اليوم.

– تناول باراسيتامول 500mg من 1 إلى 3 حبات باليوم إذا كان هناك ألم أو حمى.

– تناول فيتامين C ( 500mg )، قرصين باليوم لمدة 14 يوم.

– تناول فيتامين D ( 2000UI )، حبتين في اليوم لمدة 14 يوم.

– تناول الزنك ( 15mg ) 4حبات باليوم لمدة 14يوم.

– تناول كيرسيتين ( 250mg ) حبتين في اليوم لمدة 14 يوم.

– إعادة تقييم الحالة من قبل طبيب الأسرة أو نظام الطوارئ للأعراض.

وفي إطار الغربة وحول هذه التجربة وجهتُ للدكتور سعد سؤالًا حول إيجابيات وسلبيات الغربة، والذي أريده من هذا السؤال أتمنى أن يصل لكل مغترب ليعلم أنه ليس وحيدًا في ما يشعر به، وكانت الإجابة كالآتيء:

يوجد العديد من الإيجابيات ومنها:

الاعتماد على النفس، إتساع الثقافة، اكتساب اللغات، تكوين صداقات، التطور أكاديميًا وثقافيًا ووظيفيًا وحتى شخصيًا، الحصول على تجربة نمط عيش مختلف من أنماط الحياة، نقل الثقافة والدين الإسلامي.

 أما في الحديث عن سلبيات الغربة فلها سلبيات عديدة لعل من أهمها هو:

الابتعاد عن الأهل والأقارب وفقد الجو الأسري، الحنين والاشتياق للوطن.

وأورد د. سعد في اللقاء نصائح لزملائه المبتعثين وهي:

الحذر في بناء علاقات مجهولة مع الغير، محاولة إتقان اللغة في بلد الابتعاث، التسامح الديني، الصبر والمحافظة على الصلاة، مرافقة من يدعم النجاح ويقوي العزيمة.
