حلم يراود الإنسان منذ نعومة أظافره ويداعب مخيلته كثيراً، إنه حلم الوظيفة.
فكل منا بدون استثناء كان له تطلعاته المستقبلية ورغبته في الاستقلالية والاعتماد على الذات، ويختلف التوجه نحو اختيار الوظيفة حول ما يحدثه الآخرين فينا من أثر، فعندما تسأل طفل الخامسة من العمر: ماذا تريد أن تعمل عندما تكبر؟ يجيبك ببراءة الطفولة أريد أن أكون شرطياً مثل بابا وذلك نتيجة لتعلقه بوالده والذي لم يأتي من فراغ وإنما كان نابعاً من احتواء هذا الوالد لطفله وتكوين نظرة إيجابية عن هذه المهنة، ولو فرضنا العكس في تعامله مع طفله بقسوة لوجدنا نظرة الطفل مختفةً تماماً وسيكون رده: لا، لا أريد أن أكون شرطياً.
وقد يرغب طفل السابعة أن يكون طبيباً، لأنه وجد من الطبيب معاملة رفق فشعر ناحيته بالأمان النفسي، حتى تمنى أن يكون طبيباًمثله، وقد تمضي مرحلةً دراسيةً كاملةً وأنت تكره مادةً معينةً فيأتي من يحدث فيك أثراً فيتغير توجهك تماماًلتجد نفسك معلماً لهذه المادة.
إذن دعونا نتأمل قليلاً في هذه المهن على سبيل المثال والتي غيرت توجهات الإنسان في مرحلة ما من مراحل عمره، هؤلاء الأشخاص في تحليلي الشخصي هم أشخاص هدفهم الوظيفي لم يكن هدف مادي بحت والا لفترت همتهم وانقطع عملهم بمجرد انقطاع الحوافز وغيرها، هم أشخاص هدفهم أسمى من مجرد أجر، يصنعون في سماء وظيفتهم إعجاز التغير، ويحفرون في ذاكرة تعاملهم مع الآخرين أسمى معاني العطاء والإخلاص، فيوجهون الفكر للأفضل ويرسمون مستقبل الآخرين بما زرعوا فيهم من خير لايقايضون به أبدا˝.
ما أجمل أيها الأحبة أن ننضم لزمرتهم وأن نملأ سماء وظائفنا بقطرات خير وعطاء لا تنضب، يبقى أثرها وتصلنا دعواتهم حتى بعد الرحيل.
