لماذا يستخدم الرسم لتفريغ الطاقة السلبية ؟

ماهو الرسم؟ وكيف نتعلمه؟

[checklist][/checklist]تراودنا كثيرًا هذهِ الاسئلة، وقد نبحث عن أجوبتها ونتلقى الأجوبة المعتاد عليها. إن الرسم قد يكون موهبة لدى الشخص، وقد يكون فن يتعلمه!، ولكن في الحقيقة الرسم ليس فقط فن ولا موهبه؛ بل يمكن أن يكون سببًا لتفريغ الطاقة السلبية لدى الأشخاص، فيعد الرسم من الدوافع الأساسية المستخدمة لتفريغ الطاقات السلب لدى المرء؛ ففن الرسم ليس محصوراً على موهوب أو فنان ولا يوجد لديه قوانين صارمة حتى تبدع به، فالرّسم قد يكون تعبيراً عمّا يدور في ذهن الشخص أو عمّا يدور في الواقع، فتكون اللوحة من وحي خيال الفنان ويقوم عن طريقها بالتعبير عمّا يدور في خاطره بطريقته الخاصّة.
وقد أثبتت الدراسات أن العلاج بالفن هو أحد الحيل الدفاعية التي تساعد المريض على التخلص من حالات الإكتئاب وتفريغ الطاقة السلبية، فقد تكون مجرد رسمة واخ قادره على أن تنزع بغوث السلبية من مخيلتك تمامًا، ويعد الرسم من الفنون التي يمكن أن يعبر بها الشخص عن مكنون ما يدور بداخله، وتلوين ما يدور حوله من أحداث سلب بألوان مشرقه تدفع للإيجابية، ومن خلال ذلك يتخلص الشخص من بغوث التوتر النفسي والقلق والخوف. ويساعد رسم المناظر الطبيعية الإنسان في أن يتخلص من تلويث السلبية، فرسم الطبيعة، كالزهور والأشجار يشعر المرء بالراحة، وغالباً الرسم على الورق الأبيض يساعد على إخراج التوتر الداخلي الذي قد يصيب المرء نتيجة الضغوط الحياتية.
إذاً فإن الرسم يساعدك على البحث عن الصراعات الدفينة في الشخصية، والتعرف على المشكلات السلوكية والانفعالية التي تعاني منها، وينمي الحس الجمالي والذوق الفني لدى الإنسان.‎
