بين الرفق و الرحمة
نزل الإسلام والأديان السماوية جميعها تحث على الرفق بالحيوان ورحمتها، ولما أتى بالرفق في مواطن كثيرة فهي أخص من الرحمة وهذا دليل كبير على أهمية ومنزلة التعامل مع الحيوانات والأجر العظيم في رحمتها، وأنها من أسباب دخول الجنة أو النار وسأذكر في أحاديث واقعة عن هذه.
والرحمة – فِي قَلْبِهِ رَحْمَةٌ : رِقَّةٌ ، شَفَقَةٌ .
الكهف (آية 10) {رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً}( قرآن ) : مَغْفِرَةً .
– اِسْتَأْثَرَثْ بِهِ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ : أخَذَهُ إحْسَانُهُ لِمَنْ وَافَاهُ الأَجَلُ .
– كَانَ تَحْتَ رَحْمَتِهِ : تَحْتَ تَصَرُّفِهِ الكَامِلِ .
– حَمَلَ الحَمَّالونَ الْمَيِّتَ فَوْقَ بِسَاطِ الرَّحْمَةِ، والرفق رَفَقَ بِحالِهِ : حَنَّ ، عَطَفَ عَلَيْهِ.
الرِّفَقُ يقال: ماءٌ رَفَقٌ ، ومرتَعٌ رفَقٌ : سهل المطلب ، وحاجةٌ رَفَقُ البُغْيَةِ : سَهْلة.
-رَفَق بالأَمر وله وعليه يَرْفُق رِفْقاً ورَفُقَ يَرْفُقُ ورَفِقَ : لطَفَ .
-ورفَقَ بالرجل وأَرْفَقه بمعنى .
وكذلك تَرفَّق به .
-ويقال : أَرْفقْته أَي نَفَعْته ، وأَوْلاه رافِقةً أَي رِفْقاً ، وهو به رَفِيق لَطِيف، وهذا الأَمر بكَ رفيق ورافِقٌ، وفي نسخة: ورافِقٌ عليك.
والإسلام هو دين الإنسانية والرحمة والسلام والمحبة واليسر، ويؤكد ديننا الحنيف على معنى الرفق بالحيوان
قال تعالى: (وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلاَ طَائِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إِلاَّ أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُم مَّا فَرَّطْنَا فِي الكِتَابِ مِن شَيْءٍ ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَ)
والحيوانات ماهي إلا أمة من الأمم، هي مخلوقات الله في الأرض أراد الله المنفعة للإنسان منها وليس تعذيبها أو انتهاك حقوقها.
ونصوص القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة كثيرة التي نصت على الرفق بالحيوان.
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :((الرَّاحِمُونَ يَرْحَمُهُمْ الرَّحْمَنُ ، ارْحَمُوا أَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ يَرْحَمْكُمْ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ ، وَالرَّحِمُ شُجْنَةٌ مِنْ الرَّحْمَنِ مَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلَتْهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا بَتَّتْهُ))
ارحموا من في الأرض يرحمكم من في السماء ، وفي الحديث القدسي : ” إذا أردتم رحمتي فارحموا خلقي ”
والرحمة هنا تشمل جميع المخلوقات لم تخصص للإنسان فقط، ونهى رسولنا الكريم عن ضربها وحرم تعذيبها سواء بحملها طاقة تفوق تحملها، أو الاعتداء عليها، أو حبسها، أو ترويعها، أو جعلها أداة صيد بقصد قتلها، أو لعنها، أو سبها عند ركوبها،
وحث على العناية بها والاهتمام بأكلها وشربها ومبيتها.
عن أبي يعلى شداد بن أوسٍ رضي الله عنه، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((إن الله كتب الإحسان على كل شيءٍ، فإذا قتلتم فأحسنوا القِتْلة، وإذا ذبحتم فأحسنوا الذِّبْحة، ولْيُحِدَّ أحدُكم شفرته، ولْيُرِحْ ذبيحته)).
قال النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام : “بينما رجل يمشي فاشتد عليه العطش فنزل بئراً فشرب منها، ثم خرج فإذا هو بكلب يلهث، يأكل الثرى من شدة العطش قال: لقد بلغ هذا الكلب مثل الذي بلغ بي، فملأ خفه، ثم أمسكه بفيه، ثم رقي، فسقى القلب! فشكر الله له، فغفر له)) قالوا يا رسول الله! وإن لنا في البهائم أجراً؟ قال: في كل كبد رطبة أجر”.
وقال النبي محمد بن عبدالله ، عليه الصلاة والسلام : “دخلت امرأة النار في هرة ربطتها، فلم تطعمها، ولم تدعها تأكل من خشاش الأرض”.
وروي أن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام : دخل حائطاً لرجل من الأنصار، فإذا فيه جمل، فلما رأى النبي –صلى الله عليه وسلم- حن وذرفت عيناه، فأتاه رسول الله فمسح ذِفراه فسكت فقال: ((من رب هذا الجمل؟ لمن هذا الجمل؟)) فجاء فتى من الأنصار فقال: لي يا رسول الله، فقال: ((أفلا تتقي الله في هذه البهيمة التي ملكك الله إياها؟ فإنه شكى إلى أنك تجيعه وتدئبه)).
و عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام يصغي للهرة الإناء فتشرب ثم يتوضأ بفضلها.
وروى البخاري ومسلم عن أبي هريرة –رضي الله عنه- أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم- قال: ((بينما رجل يسوق بقرة، إذ ركبها فضربها، فقالت: إنا لم نخلق لهذا إنما خلقنا للحرث”.
وقال عبدالله بن مسعود: “كنا مع رسول الله في سَفَر، فرأينا حمرةً، أي: طير يشبه العصفور، معها فرخان لها، فأخذناهما فجاءت الحمرة تعرِّش، أي: ترفرف بجناحيها، فلما جاء رسول الله قال: ” مَن فجع هذه بولدها؟ ردوا ولدها إليها”، ورأى قرية نمل قد أحرقناها فقال: “مَن أحرق هذه؟”، قلنا: نحن، قال: “إنه لا ينبغي أن يُعذِّب بالنار إلاَّ ربُّ النار.
وقال الرسول محمد بن عبدالله عليه الصَّلاة والسلام: “لا تَتَّخِذوا ظهور دوابكم كراسي”
